Sarah is a member of associate faculty at Leeds University Business School with ten years experience in the higher education sector, having previously spent a number of years working in the international hospitality industry as well as fulfilling a variety of human resource management roles. Sarah recently completed her doctoral studies investigating catalysts and triggers in lifelong learning and prior to this worked as a lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School. Sarah has a particular interest in adult education, graduate employability and career management and undertakes dissertation supervision in the areas of human resource management, organisational behaviour, employability and adult learning with a particular focus on qualitative research methods.
