Entry requirements

Our admissions process identifies and selects the most talented managers from a wide range of business and cultural backgrounds. You should be able to demonstrate leadership, maturity and motivation, be able to contribute to the MBA programme and achieve your career goals.

If you have previously studied in the UK on a student visa then you need to provide official evidence of this including CAS, Visas and BRP. You can find more information on visas here.

Work experience

At least three years' postgraduate work experience is required before you apply. This should include appropriate management experience and show some career progression.

If you don't have the required amount of work experience, you might like to consider our MSc Management.

A good Bachelor degree, or an acceptable professional qualification. Should you meet this requirement we do not require you to undertake the GMAT. However, you may wish to undertake the test as a strong score will enhance your application. If you have a GMAT result, please upload a copy of your official GMAT score report in the qualifications section of your online application (we do not accept paper copies by post).

If your qualification is below a 2:1 (hons) or international equivalent, or you don’t have a formal or professional qualification, we may ask you to complete a Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) with a minimum score of 600 (GMAT scores should be valid for the year of entry). In this case you should hold at least five years’ experience, which must include evidence of significant progression and management responsibility. These applications are considered at the discretion of the Programme Director.
