Matt is a psychologist, psychotherapist, executive coach, and management consultant. He works with senior executives on strategic initiatives, behaviour and culture and organisational change, most often through large group collaborations, team effectiveness, coaching and leadership interventions. He has operated as a consultant, facilitator, coach and change agent for nearly 30 years.
He has worked on projects across Europe, and Asia Pacific, with senior executives from a number of nationalities, sectors and disciplines; these include organisations in financial services, engineering, utilities, and IT, each varying markedly in terms of their structure, governance, culture and maturity.

Research
Matt’s research is focused around two domains. In psychotherapy he is interested in and researching the role of masculinity in the therapeutic environment. In business and organisations, he is interested in new types of organisations and ways of working, as well as organisational change management.
