Suchi has extensive experience of working on analytical problems across four Government Departments and more recently at NHS England. Her work has led to important decisions relating to professional services, finance and estates rationalisation. Most recently, she has developed robust analysis to support additional spending and has evaluated the implications of new policies.
She is an Associate of the Operational Research Society (ORS) and has previously chaired the bi-annual Young OR Conference, the Publicity, Memberships and Website (PMW) Committee and been a Board member.
Suchi has mentored and coached a number of staff and project managed both quantitative and qualitative analytical projects. She is experienced in identifying and structuring problems. Her main interests lie in enabling evidence based decision making and understanding the implications of alternative options. She specialises in applying OR techniques, such as modelling, simulation and structuring information to achieve impact in policy and operational settings.
