Kyle Griffith is a research fellow in diversity and inclusion at Leeds University Business School. Prior to joining LUBS, he completed his PhD thesis – The Unmaking of an Embargo: How Policy Entrepreneurs at the Individual, State, and National Levels are Creating New Paths for Policy Change in Modern United States-Cuba Relations – at the University of New Orleans in 2016. He has experience in the private sector working in the civil engineering department of a large American corporation as well as conducting research for public agencies. Kyle’s current research interests focus on diversity and talent management in the workplace, inclusion of marginalized voices in society and organizational behaviour and change.
