Professor Peter Moizer
Dean, Leeds University Business School

'Developing Competencies for Global Challenges'

This networking event, with a talk from the Dean of the Business School is a great opportunity for alumni to reconnect with fellow alumni and representatives from the Business School.

The role of business education has become increasingly important in global markets, as individuals and organisations respond to economic realities, game changing innovations, and globalised opportunities and pressures.

Leeds University Business School is a key player in the UK and strongly connected to international markets through its research, programmes and international partners. Virtually every issue we research has an international dimension, and our response is now mostly interdisciplinary.

Through our work with other faculties at the University of Leeds and experts across the world, students and companies can learn how to plan and respond more effectively to global challenges, big and small.

In this lecture tour, Professor Peter Moizer will explain how Leeds University Business School has worked on fascinating research questions which go beyond single disciplines, and which have global relevance and impact. This is a great opportunity to (re)connect with the success of Leeds, and listen to one of the most influential business school Deans in Europe.
