Identifying new growth opportunities

We partnered with Farsons Group to support them in their mission of creating and nurturing world class brands which inspire the trust and loyalty of consumers. The objective of the programme was to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation by looking through the lens of their customer.

B Braun logo Accelerating organisational vision

We partnered with B Braun Medical to help achieve their growth ambitions by providing relevant leadership insights to their senior managers. We designed a four-month long programme around four key themes, each delivered through face-to-face sessions augmented with online social learning and action learning sets.
Virgin Media logo

Supporting digital transformation

We partnered with Virgin Media and Liberty Global to support them in their digital transformation journey. Together, we designed a programme spread across three months that aimed to get the participants thinking more strategically about the business.

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company logo

Supporting the next generation of leaders

We partnered with the government of Abu Dhabi to support their leadership development programme. We collaboratively designed a six-month programme (delivered in both English and Arabic) that focussed on specific behaviours such as adaptability, driving service excellence, proactiveness, collaboration and result orientation.

National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme Ghana

NEIP is a flagship initiative of His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo, the President of Ghana. It is aimed at providing an integrated national support for entrepreneurs in the country and is set within the context of Ghana’s long-term strategic vision of consolidating its middle-income status, building an industry-driven economy capable of providing jobs that are suitable and sustainable for development. Find out more about the programme.
