Quality

Work closely with the Senior Student Education Officer for Quality in the development and improvement of Quality Assurance practises and processes, and production statistical data for analysis.

Oversee the effective delivery of a number of student-related activities and tasks, including Registration, Module Enrolment, and ensuring students are allocated to their Personal Tutor.

Provide support for a number of student education processes and activities, including Induction; Academic Malpractice; Progression/Welcome talks; Programme Handbooks; Programme Review; Programmes Approval Group; maintenance of the Module and Programme Catalogue; servicing the Faculty Quality and Standards Group; and the Assessment and Progression Board.

Main point of contact for all Co-Taught colleagues from other Faculties, as well as students (Joint Honours, International Direct Entry and Lifelong Learning Centre).

Provide general advice and guidance to colleagues in relation to Quality processes and policies.
