Profile

Dr. Rajen Anderson is a lecturer (assistant professor) at Leeds University Business School. He previously completed his postdoctoral training at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern Unviersity and his PhD in Psychology from Cornell University. 

Research interests

Dr. Anderson’s research focuses on both basic and applied behavioral science questions on human judgment and decision making, particularly in the domains of politics and ethics/morality. In particular, his research has examined topics relating to (1) political ideology, political polarization, and how ideology shapes group-related biases; (2) how people make moral judgments and predict a person’s future ethical behavior; and (3) how people provide and interpret ethical feedback and other forms of morality-based communication.
