Navneet is a Deputy Director for MSc in Management Consulting programme at Leeds University Business School. Prior to pursuing academic research, he held positions of responsibility in the corporate sector in diverse organisations performing both consulting/advisory and senior managerial roles. He has wide-ranging experience in the area of strategic human resource management, organisational development and human capital consulting. Navneet applies organisational knowledge and experience in the learning, teaching and research context, that connects both academic and professional practice.

Research

Navneet’s research interests are focused around critically exploring the experiences of professionals and managers in organisations. He is particularly interested in sensemaking and identity work of professionals and knowledge workers. Navneet has applied various qualitative methods (like phenomenological inquiry, action research and life history methodology) in his research and remains interested in combining/experimenting with different methods in his future research.
