The workshop is designed to familiarise you with using financial numbers to look at more specific performance relating to your own areas of the business.

This workshop will reveal the do’s and don’ts on interpreting performance data. We will  emphasise the use of quantitative performance benchmarking against organisational standards and competitors achievements. The importance of developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that fit with your organisation’s strategic vision is stressed. Examples come from the ultra-competitive world of professional team sports, a business driven by performance numbers.
