Description
This project aims to develop Supply Chain Management expertise, systems and tools that will both enhance the efficiency of the business and create new business opportunities through the provision of managed services.
Southerns had identified a significant market opportunity for the provision of an outsourced managed services proposition for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), which the business believed to be unique, a genuine first-to-market opportunity. The vision was for Southerns to establish themselves as the UK’s leading provider of consultative, outsourced FF&E managed services in the construction, retail, health, education, and Facilities Management (FM) sectors. To support this ambitious vision and change in strategic direction, prior to the project start, Southerns had invested significantly in re-positioning and re-presenting the brand, to drive brand awareness and acquisition of new Total™ customers.
