Taking a Strategic Look at MedTech Innovation: People, Place and Process

The world of MedTech is global, complex, competitive, regulated and dynamic.  It is not just about having the most brilliant technology; success in this world means being strategic and understanding the people element in technological innovation – both suppliers and users.  Leeds University Business School would like to invite you to join them for a one-day Symposium to discuss:

  • The strategic challenges of managing innovation in MedTech
  • How to manage the innovation ecosystem
  • How regulation affects innovation strategies, including emergent technologies where regulation is under-developed
  • Digital innovation and technological/industrial convergence

This event is supported by EU-funded MSCA-EID COINS (agreement number 675866).
