Using the Flip app for networking at our India alumni events
To encourage networking before our alumni events in India (New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore), we would like you to connect with other attendees using Flip. Flip is a free video discussion app available to download from the iOS App Store or Android Google Play Store.
Before the alumni event, please record a short 2-minute video on the app to informally introduce yourself. Here are a few suggestions for what you could include in your video:
- Your name
- What programme you studied at Leeds University and when
- What you enjoyed most during your time at Leeds
- What you are doing now - eg. job role, company and sector
- As the alumni event focuses on sustainability - tell us about something you've done to be more sustainable within your personal or professional life
Videos will be viewable by other attendees through the Flip app alumni event group we have created for each city, so that you can find out a little more about each other before you attend the event.
Instructions on how you can join the alumni event flip group for each city will be sent to you after registering.

Flip is for registered alumni to network before the event only. If you are a prospective offer-holder student, please do not use Flip.
