Joshua Irish is a Chartered Management Consultant and Programme Manager at Synechron, specialising in large-scale digital transformation and complex Salesforce implementation.
Since graduating from Leeds University Business School, Josh has built a career across consulting, customer transformation and technology-enabled change. He spent nearly nine years at PwC, progressing from Management Consulting Associate to Manager in Customer Led Transformation, before moving to Synechron in 2025.
In his current role, Josh leads a global media Salesforce consolidation and future-state transformation programme. He has scaled a cross-functional delivery team from 15 to 48 people within eight months and helped more than double project revenue from £1.9 million to £4.1 million.
His experience spans telecoms, retail, energy, pharmaceuticals, media, aerospace and defence, financial services and the public sector. He has delivered major Salesforce, CRM, governance and operating model projects, supported by multiple Salesforce certifications, TOGAF, PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum Master credentials.
Josh has also remained closely connected to Leeds University Business School. From 2016 to 2024, he volunteered as a mentor on the Nurturing Talent Mentor Scheme, supporting students with insight into consulting, digital transformation, leadership and career development.
