Niti Paul

Niti Paul, MBA alumna and founder of MohPra Advisory, was named winner of the Business and Enterprise category at the NISAU Achievers Honours 2026.

The awards, organised by the National Indian Students and Alumni Union UK, celebrate outstanding Indian alumni of UK institutions who have made significant contributions in their fields. Niti was recognised for more than two decades of global leadership experience, including her work with major financial institutions, executive boards and large-scale enterprise transformation.

Since completing her MBA at Leeds University Business School in 2011, Niti has progressed through senior transformation and programme leadership roles across Mastercard, EY and MohPra Advisory, before joining Wipro as Partner in 2026. Her career has focused on leading complex transformation programmes across financial services, payments, technology and the public sector, with experience in AI-enabled enterprise transformation, operating model design, digital and payments modernisation, and regulatory frameworks across AML, KYC, sanctions and financial crime.

Her experience includes helping organisations strengthen governance, improve delivery discipline and translate strategic intent into outcomes that can stand up to board-level scrutiny. Through MohPra Advisory, she supports organisations and leaders to create transformation agendas that are clear, governed and focused on lasting value.

Niti also continues to support the Business School as a mentor on the Leeds MBA, helping develop globally minded and purpose-driven leaders.
