Tell us about your degree - why did you choose it? What elements of the degree inspired you to study it?
I studied MA International Business. This was to gain a better understanding of international business solutions.

What was the best part of your studies here? What did you enjoy the most?
The best part of my study was my graduation ceremony. I enjoyed celebrating the hard work and dedication I put into my studies as it was a payoff for all of my late night studying and research.

What were your career aspirations when you arrived? Do you think the experience and skills you gained here will help/helped you in your future career plans? In what way?
The skills gained whist completing my course has help me a great deal in tackling complex business challenges and finding solutions to problems. This has help me in stimulating my career as a business consultant and meeting the challenges within a business setting.

Where are you currently working, and what is your role?
I'm currently working with ABI Alchemy Business Intelligence as Business Consultant

What are your ambitions for the future?
​​​​​​​In the future, I want to become a management consultant for a large international corporate organisation such as United Nations, OPEC, OECD, ILO WHO and UNICEF

Do you think your experience and skills gained here will help you in your future career plans? In what way?
I'm very optimistic that the skills and knowledge I’ve gained will help me reach this goal.

If you are not from the UK, how was the transition to a foreign country? Did the university offer support or services that you found helpful? Can you offer any advice?
The reception and hospitality l received was superb and excellent as an International student from Nigeria.

What was your impression/experience of the facilities, the staff, your peers, the student union, the City of Leeds and the region itself? What would you recommend to future students?
The impression I had on the business school was remarkable. I have made several recommendations to people to study at Leeds University Business School.

What would you say is your defining memory of studying here? (eg friendships made, confidence in your abilities, or any single event that you will always remember?) And would you recommend the Business School to others?
