- Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA)
For degrees that require AAA or AAB at A level: The National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 3 is acceptable for entry onto our degree programmes. Applicants must achieve a minimum of 80 credits, 60 credits to be at Level 3 with an overall endorsement of 'Excellence'. Applicants should present at least 12 credits of Mathematics Level 2 at Excellence for programmes requiring GCSE Mathematics grade A/7, or at Merit for programmes requiring GCSE Mathematics grade B/5. At least 10 credits of English Level 2 with Merit or above is acceptable for GCSE English grade B/5.
