- Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the General Secondary Certificate (or Baccalauréat Libanais )
For degrees requiring AAA or AAB at A-level: The General Secondary Certificate (or Baccalaureat Libanais) is acceptable in place of GCSE Mathematics. A minimum grade of 75% is necessary for courses requiring GCSE grade A/7 or 70% for courses requiring GCSE grade B/5.
For entry onto our degree courses applicants are required to take an International Foundation Year course such as the Leeds Foundation Year, the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A-levels.
A separate English Language qualification is required.
The International Arab Baccalaureate (IAB) is also acceptable for entry:
For degrees requiring AAA at A-level: 93% overall grade
For degrees requiring AAB at A-level: 90% overall grade
