For degrees requiring AAA or AAB at A-level: The Attestat or Svidetel' Stvo o Srednem Obrazovanii (Certificate of Completed Secondary Education) is acceptable in place of GCSE Mathematics if taken at grade 11. A minimum grade of 5 (in both Algebra and Geometry) is necessary for courses requiring GCSE grade A/7 or 4 for courses requiring GCSE grade B/5.

For entry onto our degree courses applicants are required to take an International Foundation Year course such as the Leeds Foundation Year, the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A-levels.
A separate English Language qualification is required.

The Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools (NIS) Grade 12 is acceptable in place of A-levels. Applicants must achieve grades of AAA or AAB (depending on the chosen course), with a minimum of grade C in Mathematics.
