  • Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)

For degrees requiring AAA or AAB at A level: The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) is acceptable in place of GCSE Mathematics and English. A grade of C4 is required in Mathematics for GCSE grade B/5 and B2 for grade A. A grade of B3 is required in English for GCSE grade B/6.

For entry onto our degree programmes applicants are required to take an International Foundation Year programme such as the Leeds Foundation Year, the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A levels.
