  • Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)

For degrees requiring AAA or AAB at A-level: The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) is acceptable in place of GCSE Mathematics and English Language. A minimum grade of B2 in Mathematics is necessary for courses requiring GCSE grade A/7 or C4 for courses requiring GCSE grade B/5. A minimum grade of C4 is required for English Language.

For entry onto our degree courses applicants are required to take an International Foundation Year course such as the Leeds Foundation Year, the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A-levels.
