Zhaleh Najafi-Tavani is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Leeds Business School. Prior to her current position, Zhaleh worked as a Lecturer at the University of Leeds Business School and the University of Strathclyde. She received her PhD from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. Zhaleh's research interests are innovation, business model innovation, inter and intra firm relationships, new product development, exporter performance, creativity and inter and intra-firm knowledge transfer.

Zhaleh’s research has been published in internationally renowned academic journals such as Journal of World Business, Journal of International Marketing, Management International Review, Industrial Marketing Management, and Journal of Business Research. Her work has been presented frequently at leading international academic conferences such as the Academy of Marketing, Academy of International Business and AMA Global Marketing.
