- Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the South African National Senior Certificate (NSC)
For degrees requiring AAA or AAB at A level: The South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) with Matriculation Endorsement at Grade 12 is acceptable for entry onto our degree programmes. Applicants must achieve 77766 (or AAABB), with a minimum of 5 in English Language. A Mathematics grade of 5 is required for GCSE grade B/5 and 6 for GCSE grade A/7.
The International Secondary Certificate (ISC) is also acceptable for entry
Applicants must achieve AAABB with a minimum of B in English Language. A Mathematics grade of B is required for GCSE grade B/5 and A for GCSE grade A/7.
