- Summary: Undergraduate entry requirements for students studying the Indian Standard XII
For degrees requiring AAA at A level: The Indian Standard XII will be considered for entry onto our degree programmes. For CBSE/CISCE/West Bengal State exam boards; an overall average grade of 80% to include 85% in two academic non-mathematical subjects, plus a minimum of 70% in English and Mathematics. For all other state exam boards; an overall average grade of 85% to include 90% in two academic non-mathematical subjects, plus a minimum of 70% in English and 75% in Mathematics (70% in Mathematics for programmes requiring GCSE grade B/5).
For applicants applying for degree programmes requiring GCSE grade B/5 in Mathematics we will accept Mathematics from either the Standard X or Standard XII qualification with a minimum of 70%.
For degrees requiring AAB at A level: The Indian Standard XII from will be considered for entry onto our degree programmes. For CBSE/CISCE/West Bengal State exam boards; an overall average grade of 75% to include 80% in two academic non-mathematical subjects, plus a minimum of 70% in English and Mathematics. For all other state exam boards; an overall average grade of 80% to include 85% in two academic non-mathematical subjects, plus a minimum of 70% in English and Mathematics.
For applicants applying for degree programmes requiring AAB at A level, Mathematics can be taken from either the Standard X or Standard XII qualification.
