Caribbean

For degrees requiring AAA at A-level:
The Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) is acceptable in place of GCSE Maths and English (at general proficiency level). A grade of 2 is required for GCSE Grade B/5 (Maths) or Grade B/6 (English) and a 1 for Grade A/7. The Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) and the Bermuda School Certificate or Diploma (BSC/BSD) are all acceptable in place of GCSE Maths and English on a grade for grade basis. The Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) is acceptable in place of A Levels (at the two unit level). Grades of 1,1,1 will be required.

Candidates offering either CSEC, BGCSE, BSC or BSD without CAPE will be required to take a Foundation Year programme or A Levels.
