International Business (IB) Department successes at AIB Warsaw
The IB Department enjoyed great success at this year's annual Association of International Business (AIB) conference in Warsaw.
2023 AIB teaching awards
Giles Blackburne and his team won the 2023 AIB teaching awards by the AIB Teaching and Education Special Interest Group (SIG). Giles is part of a team of AIB educators who created MNC whispering which are amazing video cases.

Dr David Schulzmann appointed Co-Chair of the AIB Digitalization Shared Interest Group (SIG)
Dr David Schulzmann was appointed a founding Co-Chair of the AIB Digitalization Shared Interest Group (SIG) alongside the Chair, Professor Charles Dhanaraj (Georgia State University), and two other Co-Chairs Dr Ellie Banalieva (Northeastern University), and Dr Noman Shaheen (University of Sydney). The SIG’s tentative program includes activities through research seminars, teaching podcasts, policy forums and cutting-edge practice within the area of Digital Globalization.
It was Professor Peter Buckley’s last appearance at AIB as a University of Leeds Professor. Professor Buckley has recently moved to the University of Manchester Business School and we wish him every success.
