My research interest is about kitchen safety behaviour, using creative video capture, questionnaires, interviews, food diaries, and other forms of observation (such as monitoring fridge temperatures) to examine kitchen practises and behaviours in household and commercial kitchens, to investigate the gaps between what people say and do in their kitchen life.
