Research interests
My research interest is about risky kitchen safety behaviour, food safety, risk perception and risk communication. I am good at secondary data-analysis using text data transfered from creative video capture, questionnaires and other forms of observation (such as monitoring fridge temperatures) to examine kitchen practises and behaviours in household and commercial kitchens, to investigate the gaps between what people say and do in their kitchen life. Kitchen Life 2 program is sponsored by Food Standard Agency (FSA).
