Are you collaborating to deliver social value?
Social value covers social, environmental and economic elements integral to all business ecosystems. Following the 2021 update to the UK Government's Social Value Model, social value must be explicitly evaluated and is thus a fundamental requirement in all public sector contracts, with several of the model award criteria requiring collaboration. The challenge of collaborating in ecosystems to meet primary business and social value requirements with the diversity of players, commercial models and business drivers is considerable.
This full-day conference will explore these issues and more with leading speakers from government, defence, aerospace, nuclear and rail sectors, conformity assessment bodies and academia.
Please note that this is an in-person conference, co-hosted and funded by Leeds University Business School, the Institute of Collaborative Working and the Social Value Portal, with the potential for further collaborative engagement possibilities with our partners and delegates.
