Research interests
My research examines how organisations moibilise inter-organisational relationships during crises to build resilience. I focus on understanding resilience as a relational and processual phenomenon that emerges through interactions between organisations during periods of adversity.
By examining how organisations draw on external partnerships to maintain core functions while adapting to changing conditions, my rseearch advances a more processual understanding of resilience as pehnomena.
