Profile
I am a PhD researcher at Leeds University Business School, supervised by Professor Christopher Forde, Dr Liz Oliver, and Dr Mia Zhong. My doctoral research focuses on age discrimination in Chinese workplaces, adopting qualitative methods to examine how organisational, managerial, and social factors shape fairness perceptions and inclusion.
Before beginning my PhD, I worked with several leading organisations, including Shokz (韶音科技), DJI(大疆创新), McKinsey Greater China , and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC; 电子科技大学), where I gained extensive experience in human resource management, postgraduate academic administration, and teaching across China and the UK.
I also presented my earlier research at the 2025 Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. My research and teaching interests centre on organisational behaviour, workplace equality, and cross-cultural human resource management.
