She holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and a Bachlor’s degree in Journalism from Renmin University of China. In her 13 years of career, she has contributed in digital transformation through the role of strategic partnership director at EssilorLuxottica Group and marketing director at Mei.com (Alibaba Group). Before that, her tenure at Tencent group as a senior manager honed her expertise in digital marketing and big-data driven business analytics. Her journey reflects a commitment to integrating business management, media and digitall transformation.

Zhenzhen’s industrial experience inspires her academic pursuits that focus on how digital technology shapes social and business practices. Her research interest lies in the intricate relationship between human and technology, particularly how technology affect human agency and decision-making. She also holds a deep curiosity about information systems such as algorithmic system and AI, and is dedicated to understanding their implications on societal practices.
