Profile
My academic background is related to International Business and Management. I hold an undergraduate degree (BA) in International Business Management and an MSc in International Management from Furtwangen University, Germany. Similarly, in terms of practical experience, I have about five years of working experience as a research assistant at the FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Based in the Centre For International Business at the University of Leeds (CIBUL), I am a Postgraduate Researcher (PhD) at the University of Leeds, Leeds University Business School (LUBS), UK.
Research interests
In terms of research interest, I am generally highly intrigued by micro-foundations, internationalisation and sustainability development. Furthermore, I am also curious about data-driven decision-making and digital technologies concerning International Business. My current research project as a PhD candidate revolves around the intersection of micro-foundations, sustainability and entrepreneurial endeavours. The chosen research area of my PhD thesis results from my firm belief in an interdisciplinary field and my commitment to contribute to society.
