Alumni reconnect in Nairobi

The Business School recently hosted a small alumni social in Nairobi on Thursday 19 June 2025.

This offered a valuable opportunity for alumni to reconnect, expand their networks, and engage with the School in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The event took place at The Main Restaurant, Hotel Boulevard Nairobi, and brought together three alumni from a range of programmes and graduating years. It was hosted by Professor Diane Holt, Professor of Management and Organisations, and Dr Selorm Agbleze, Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, who were both delighted to meet alumni based in Kenya and hear about their personal and professional journeys since graduating.

Although small in scale, the evening sparked engaging conversations about life at Leeds, career paths, and opportunities for collaboration. Attendees enjoyed reminiscing, sharing experiences, hearing updates from the School, and building new connections within the local alumni community.
