A Journey of Learning and Growth

For many of the graduates, the journey has been transformative, both personally and professionally. Laura Di Pietro, Associate at Scene Architects, shared her thoughts on the experience, expressing her appreciation for the programme's structure and the shared learning opportunities it offered:

It’s been an incredible journey, packed with insights, strategies, and tools to take our business to the next level. A big thank you to the team at Leeds Business School for such a well-designed programme and to my fellow SME leaders for the shared learning and support throughout. I am looking forward to applying these new skills to drive growth and innovation going forward.

For Ryan Mulhern, Video Producer at First Frame Productions, the course has already had a direct impact on his business:

It was an amazing experience and I am already implementing growth plans in my business. I would recommend any businesses to do this.

After a turbulent year marked by a change in government and an ongoing cost of living crisis, it is especially heartening to see the resilience and determination of our SMEs on the programme, their success in completing it amid such challenges speaks to their commitment to pushing forward and reaching their full growth potential.
