Join Dr Richard Hodgett, Associate Professor in Business Analytics and Decision Science in this interactive session, where he will discuss how to make smart business decisions. We all know that garbage in = garbage out, but do managers really trust their data? What tools could they use to make better decisions? What’s the best way to navigate uncertainty? Richard will discuss how to make smarter business decisions and introduce methodologies for making decisions with multiple criteria and uncertainty. He will discuss some of the projects he is working on with the industry and the tools he is developing to support companies in making smarter decisions.
The interactive session will be followed by networking and refreshments, where you will have the opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni in a relaxed environment.
