Shenzhen alumni event: Like me...or not?

Many studies and research have confirmed the important impacts of consumers’ attitude towards brands on their purchasing behaviour. During this interactive session, Associate Professor of Marketing Practice, Tao Jiang will explore how consumers form their perception based on the brands’ marketing activities and subsequently develop opinions (attitude) about the brands. She will also discuss what brands can do to monitor and change consumer attitude.

The interactive session will be followed by networking and refreshments.
