Celebrating 10 years of the Leaders in Residence programme
This week we marked 10 successful years of the Leaders in Residence programme.
Members of the programme came together on campus for an evening of celebration and networking with staff and students.
Catherine Thristan, Director of External Engagement at the Business School, thanked the Leaders in Residence for their contributions to this flagship initiative – where senior business professionals volunteer their time to engage with our students, bringing valuable real world insights into the curriculum.
Emily Crosbie, who coordinates the programme, shared her research findings on the positive impact of Leaders in Residence activities.
Earlier in the day, Leaders in Residence took part in a packed day of round-table discussions with our year 2 BA Business Management students, focussing on commercial awareness, core values, and networking and interpersonal skills.
We would like to thank every student, member of staff and external professional who has been involved in helping the programme to thrive over the last decade, and we look forward to taking it from strength to strength in the years to come.
