Toronto alumni social brings graduates together
The Business School brought together its Canadian alumni community with a networking and social event in Toronto on Thursday 13 November 2025.
Held at King Taps, First Canadian Place, the event offered graduates a relaxed evening of conversation, networking, and shared memories.
Hosted by Dr Richard Hodgett, MBA Director at Leeds University Business School, the event welcomed alumni from a wide range of industries and graduation years. Reflecting on the evening, Richard said: “It was great to catch up with so many alumni and to find out how many are keen to get involved with the Business School. It was a really enjoyables event, and it’s fantastic to see our alumni community thriving in Canada.”
Attendees enjoyed drinks and refreshments while connecting with fellow graduates based in Toronto. Many shared stories of their time at Leeds, discussed their career paths, and explored opportunities for collaboration. For some, it was their first chance to meet other Leeds graduates since relocating to Canada; for others, it was a welcome opportunity to catch up with familiar faces.
The Business School looks forward to hosting similar events in the future to strengthen our global alumni community, so keep checking our website for our latest events, news and updates and see how you can get involved.
