Business School partners with CLO100 on new programme

Leeds University Business School has partnered with CLO100 to design and launch a brand new programme aimed primarily at current and aspiring Chief Learning Officers (CLOs).

Having responsibility of organisational learning and development is a key part of that role. This programme is one of a few from around the world which is aimed at upskilling this critical role within organisations.

Speaking at the launch, Tone Thomas Vaduthala, Director of Executive Programmes, said:

“Chief Learning Officers have the very difficult job of ensuring that their organisational talent is equipped with the skills needed to navigate the business through these uncertain times. We are therefore excited to partner with CLO100 to design and deliver this highly influential programme.”

The one-year programme comprises of the following six core topics: Mindset, Alignment, Environment, Capability, Marketing and Innovation. Seamlessly integrating the latest in research and practice, the programme is designed to be highly experiential in nature.

Each participant on the programme will work on an internal organisation project through the course of the programme and will receive personalised coaching from influential thought leaders from the world of learning and development.

Cathy Hoy, CEO of CLO100 commented:

“Having been an organisational learning leader in prior roles, I empathise with the challenges that are faced by heads of learning and development. This initiative recognises these challenges and provides participants with the tools and insights needed to address them and further accelerate organisational impact.”

The inaugural cohort of the programme launches in April 2023.
