Rachel leads the Faculty Project Team at Leeds University Business School, delivering events, internal communications, and projects aligned with the LUBS strategy. She provides operational support to the Faculty Office and School leadership, ensuring effective alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day activities.

She is a LUBS Faculty Values Champion, a Faculty Health and Wellbeing Champion, a PRINCE2 Practitioner, and a trained SUCTI (Systemic University Change Towards Internationalisation) Facilitator, committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and internationally engaged community.
