Profile

Dr Fatemeh Zandiyeh is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Analytics, Technology and Operations Department at Leeds University Business School. Prior to joining Leeds, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Loughborough Business School. She received her PhD in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on operations research, optimisation, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making, with applications in supply chain management, logistics, transportation systems,humanitarian operations, and disaster response. Her work integrates mathematical modelling, optimisation under uncertainty, simulation, artificial intelligence to support complex operational and strategic decisions. She published research in leading Journals, including the European Journal of Operational Research, Transportation Research Part E, and Computers & Operations Research.
