Profile
I have been a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) associate at Leeds University Business School since 2025 for a KTP project jointly funded by Innovate UK and SR Mailing Ltd. In this role, I develop and deploy applied AI and large language model (LLM)-based decision-support systems in a real industrial setting. These systems integrate LLM-driven analytics, customer intelligence, and optimisation-based operational modelling to address large-scale, data-intensive business decisions.
Before returning to academia, I served as a senior data analyst at a leading third-party risk management and decision-making service provider in China. In this role, I applied machine learning algorithms and big data integration techniques to strengthen data management and feature engineering, and developed data products to enhance clients’ credit risk management capabilities.
