Dr. Wenjing Guo

Profile

I joined the University of Leeds as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in July 2024. Before that, I received my PhD degree (2024) at Antai College of Economics and Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Research interests

My primary research interest is in organizational environmental management. Specifically, I focus on how organizations can enhance employees’ environmental involvement directly through environmental management practices and indirectly through spillover and crossover effects. In addition, I investigate the impact of organizational hypocrisy in environmental management on employees.

My second research focus is team management, where explore critical factors affecting team process and performance. This include the impact of team faultline and ambidexterity, and the establishment and evolution of team collaborative norm.

Finally, I delve into leader-follower interactions. Mpre specifically, I study how followers judge their leaders’ actions and leadership styles, and how leadership styles influence followers’ self-reulation.

Across these research domains, my works adopt questionaire and experiment research methods, and use multivariate analysis, SEM and multilevel analysis to examine the hypotheses.
