Profile
Originally studying Economics, I became interested in the complexities of choice. In particular, much of my work deals with how people choose between outcomes that occur sooner/later, and how that connects with impulsivity and self-control.
Research interests
Currently, I am mainly focused on using natural language processing techniques to find answers to how people deal with self-control problems, and if other strategies could be more successful.
Broadly, my research interests are as follows:
- Intertemporal choice (especially non-money rewards).
- Impulsivity and self-control in everyday life.
- Addiction (especially behavioural).
- Mental disorders connected with impulsivity.
