I joined the Economics Department at the University of Leeds as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in March 2022. I received my PhD in Economics in February 2022 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Research interests
My applied work focuses on inequality, gender, and childcare.
I am interested in time use data and unpaid care provision (see here and here), paid care employment in the U.S. (in sectors such as health and education: e.g., here, here, and here), and the role of selection, urbanization, and firms in shaping gender inequality in developing-country labour markets.
