As Client Relationship Manager at Leeds University Business School, I build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met through high-quality, customised learning solutions. I bring over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development.
Prior to joining Leeds University Business School, I held roles at Lloyds Banking Group across commercial teams and HR (Learning and Development). This experience gave me a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in buying and delivering L&D solutions, enabling me to create partnerships that deliver real value. Within the Insurance and Wealth division, I focused on sales, account management, operational team leadership, and customer service.
Throughout my career, I have led large-scale reward projects and talent development initiatives, consistently supporting business partners to build strong, high-performing teams. My experience spans commercially driven divisions such as high street banking, mortgages, customer services, and commercial banking—working with both executive and middle management to achieve strategic goals.
