Profile

In my role at the Business school I am primarily responsibile for supporting high impact learning programmes for corporate partners across the UK and internationally based. This is across all stages of the relationship; specifically across learner experience management, vendor and stakeholder management and budget tracking.

Previously to Leeds University Business School, I worked for Lloyds Banking Group focussed across commercial and HR (Learning and Development) roles. In the Insurance and Wealth division, I was focussed on sales, account management, operational team management and customer services roles.

I have 12 years experience in Learning and Development, high scale Reward project management and Talent and Development; consistently enabling my business partners to run strong and successful divisional teams across commercially driven divisions such as high street banking, mortgages, banking customer services and commercial banking Executive and middle management.
