As Client Relationship Manager, Abi works with organisations to support their talent transformation journey. Her strength lies in helping organisations make sense of the challenges they are trying to address, and working with them to shape customised leadership development solutions aligned to their people, priorities and purpose.

This approach is underpinned by Abi’s previous experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where she spent 12 years working across executive learning, leadership development, HR and organisational change. Her experience includes leading executive coaching and team development activity for the organisation’s most senior leaders, managing external partners, overseeing significant programme budgets, and supporting development activity at scale across a large and complex business.

Having worked on the client side of leadership development, Abi understands the realities organisations face when investing in their people - from competing priorities and internal stakeholder expectations to budget pressures and the need to demonstrate meaningful value. This perspective informs the way she partners with clients, helping to build purposeful, value-driven relationships that have contributed to award-winning executive education partnerships.
