Profile
Annalise Galea is a post-graduate researcher at Leeds University Business School. She holds an undergraduate BSc Early Years degree from The Open University (2018), and an MA degree in Psychology and Education from the University of Sheffield (2019). She is a recipient of the Tertiary Education Scholarship Scheme (TESS) (2019) which is part-financed by the E.U.-European Social Fund.
Research interests
Her research interests are based in the field of organisational behaviour, specifically, in the effects of abusive supervision on subordinates and on third parties witnessing such behaviour.
Other research areas of interest include leadership within non-profit organisations, job crafting, and workplace deviant behaviour.
