Profile
Profile Summary
I am a postgraduate researcher in the People, Work, and Employment group at Leeds University Business School, supported by a scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, followed by a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester. After completing my master’s, I worked as a People Analytics Specialist at Telkom Indonesia, where I gained experience working with large-scale employee data and surveys, covering range of topics, including flexible working arrangements, work engagement, and psychological empowerment, as well as dealing with the ‘productification’ of people analytics’ insights. After four years in the role, I decided to return to academia to explore more deeply the individual-level outcomes of people analytics.
