Profile
I started my PHD in February 2025 at the Leeds University Business School(LUBS) in the People, Work and Employment department.
My doctoral research seeks to critically examine the perceptions and evaluation of AI-enabled tools used in HR processes vis-à-vis vendors' claims of transparency, objectivity, unbiasedness, and trustworthiness. It investigates the structural and contextual mechanisms that influence these perceptions by HR professionals in Nigeria.
Before my PhD, I worked in the Cameroon public service and other private firms and consultancies, both in Cameroon and Nigeria
Research interests
My research interest is in the field of AI and the future of work. How human resources functions can harness the full potential of AI responsibly and strategically, for the development of a more adaptive, ethical and high-performing workplace. I am also interested in how technology espacially AI is affecting all other sectors of our personal and profesional life including workplace, transport, education, entertainment, welbeing, family cohesion and how organisations and professionals bodies are adapting to this new way of work and life
