Profile
I joined the People, Work and Employment (PWE) department at the Leeds University Business School in October 2024 to begin my PhD programme. Before to this, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing) in China and a Master’s degree in Global Economy in the UK. My current research focuses on the identity management and career experience of sexual/gender minorities in the workplace in China. I am deeply passionate about issues related to sexual/gender and work, as well as promoting equality for marginalized groups.

My research interests include sexual/gender minorities, gender and work, workplace discrimination, identity management, Diversity, Equity and Iclusion, queer theory.
